Swing music has made a comeback! Not since the 1930s have we been able to go to a ‘club’ and thoroughly enjoy some upbeat brass ensembles. Mind you, it won’t be a live band that you’re hearing and there’s no fear of being beaten up by Al Capone. Swing music has strolled its way into the modern day club culture and you have Parov Stelar to thank. Parov Stelar is famous for infusing all the great parts of swing music with all the great parts of modern club music; resulting in banging modern day dance-floor-friendly swingin’ tunes!

The song Diamonds comes off his latest EP titled La Fete. It’s a little bit deeper than his other works (see video below) but you still get that good swing feeling that shows all-promising signs towards his next album due in October (Etage Noir Recordings).
