South City Sushi Cop has the title that some may associate with a B-Grade film however one should not be fooled as this duo from Melbourne excels far beyond any traditional grading. Generalising them as “dance” does not do them justice as they blend far too many different elements in to creating their sounds.

Upon hearing their Bad Blocks EP, I was filled with an image of Summer as the title track gives off a smooth, chill vibe that could only be reminiscent of those heated days. This may be due to the fact that at the beginning of the EP, the first song seems to have the sound of waves crashing, I warn you now though, once you have realized this, you will always hear it.
